Job summary

You will coordinate with installers, customers, and internal teams, track progress, inspections, and service visits, and maintain records while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in flooring, construction, home improvement, or related industry preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of all flooring installations and service work within a specified geographic region.
• Support the installation process from start to finish, maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the project.
• Coordinate with installers, customers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Help resolve customer concerns and installation-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with troubleshooting flooring and installation challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with the Installation Manager and retail sales team to understand customer expectations and project requirements.
• Conduct project follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of installation activities, service requests, and customer communications.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in addressing customer needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Assist with inspections, service appointments, and job site visits as needed.
