Job summary

Rite Rug Co. is seeking an Entry level Field Representative to inspect homes and projects for installations in Delaware, OH. You will monitor readiness, oversee installers, and verify completion while ensuring materials match work orders and quantities needed.

The role is primarily outside the office, requiring field measurements, coordination with project managers, and travel to job sites with a driving-focused daily schedule. Experience in flooring or construction is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flooring installation experience is a plus.
• Construction experience is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• Reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
• Must pass drug test and be subject to random testing.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and project managers daily.
• Travel between job sites and plan each day.
• Schedule work efficiently.
• Determine best method of installations and repairs.
• Ensure installations meet customer satisfaction.
• Respond to questions or complaints regarding installations.
• Pickup and deliver materials as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
