• Help resolve customer concerns and installation-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with troubleshooting flooring and installation challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with the Installation Manager and retail sales team to understand customer expectations and project requirements.
• Conduct project follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of installation activities, service requests, and customer communications.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in addressing customer needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
