Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Wichita, KS is seeking a coordinator to support floorcovering sales at Store #727618. You will coordinate installation through independent contractors, schedule installations, and ensure work meets customer expectations.

You will interact with customers, assist branch team with installation planning, measure and verify orders, and help maintain records. Previous retail or customer service experience and willingness to work evenings/weekends are valued.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers.
Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing installation plans to meet budgeted sales and profit goals.
Assist sales representatives with field measurements including cut sheets, seam diagrams, and product specifications.
Ensure all customer orders are accurately measured and cut.
Perform on-site inspections of installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure installer transactions are handled properly through store records.
