Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Rochester, NY is seeking a Store Installation Coordinator to support sales at our floorcovering store and coordinate installation through independent contractors for wholesale customers.

You will assist in scheduling installations, verify measurements, and ensure installations meet customer expectations while maintaining accurate records and payroll-related activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• High School diploma or GED required; certification preferred for installation.

Responsibilities

• Support sales at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store for wholesale customers.
• Assist Branch Manager with installation plans to meet sales and profit goals.
• Assist sales reps with field measurements, cut sheets, seam diagrams, product specs.
• Ensure orders are accurately measured and cut; perform on-site inspections.
• Maintain installer transactions through store systems and records.
