Responsibilities include inspecting installations, maintaining records, and communicating with installers. The role may involve lifting and returning to the store system, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience selling floorcovering products preferred.
• Prior work installing floorcovering is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin‑Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in identifying floorcovering installers.
• Establish installation schedules and communicate assignments.
• Perform on-site inspections of installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review installer accounts and coordinate information with outside sources.
• Ensure installer transactions are properly recorded in the store system.
• Identify training needs for installers and arrange training as needed.
