Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a coordinator to support sales at a floorcovering store and manage installation coordination through independent contractors. The role involves scheduling, on-site inspections, and ensuring installations align with customer expectations at Store #1222 in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store and service wholesale customers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing installation plans to meet sales and profit goals.
• Assist sales representatives in field measurements, cut sheets, seam diagrams, and product specs.
• Ensure customer orders are accurately measured and cut and inspections are conducted for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain installer transactions through store systems and keep accurate records.
• Identify installation training needs and coordinate appropriate training.
