Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Store Installation Coordinator to support wholesale floorcovering sales and coordinate installation through independent contractors. You will assist in scheduling installations, ensure work aligns with customer expectations, and maintain accurate records of installer transactions.

Responsibilities include assisting the Branch Manager with installation plans to meet sales goals, supporting field measurements, ensuring orders are accurately measured

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in developing installation plans to meet sales and profit goals.
• Assist sales reps with field measurements, cut sheets, seam diagrams, and product specs.
• Ensure orders are accurately measured and cut.
• Perform on-site inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure installer transactions are properly recorded in the store system.
• Identify and address installation training needs.
