Job summary

Rite Rug in Junction City, KS is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the complete inspection of flooring installations and for coordinating with builders and project managers on a daily basis.

Inspect sites before and after installation, determine installation methods, convey measurements to installers, and ensure customer satisfaction. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per year and is based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in flooring installation.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
• Pass drug test and subject to random testing.
• Commitment to safety in all work practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with builders and project managers daily.
• Inspect job site prior to installation to ensure readiness and quality.
• Inspect job site following installation to ensure proper and timely completion.
• Determine best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements and instruct installers.
• Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations.
• Pickup and deliver materials as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
