Salary ranges from $55,000 to $59,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities to travel to job sites and support a long-standing flooring company.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year experience in flooring installation.
• Commitment to safety in all work practices.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
• Good communicator.
• Pass drug test with random testing.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with builders and project managers on a daily basis.
• Inspect job site prior to installation to ensure everything is ready.
• Inspect job site following installation to ensure proper and timely completion.
• Determine best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements and instruct installers.
• Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations.
• Pick up and deliver materials as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
