Job summary

Keller Interiors is seeking an Installation Manager to lead our installation team, oversee scheduling, inspections, and payroll, and ensure top-tier customer experiences while coordinating with flooring and millwork operations.

As a hands-on leader, you will recruit installers, manage site visits, and drive operational excellence on local projects, with travel mostly during business hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience working in flooring installation or construction preferred.
