Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include a High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience selling or installing floorcovering is a plus.
• Carpet and Vinyl Installation Certification by the Carpet and Rug Institute is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language, including Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store and service wholesale customers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing installation plans to meet sales and profit goals.
• Assist sales reps with field measurements including cut sheets, seam diagrams, and product specs.
• Ensure customer orders are accurately measured and cut, and inspections are performed for satisfaction.
• Coordinate installation through independent contractors and maintain installer transactions in the store system.
