Job summary

Artisan Design Group is seeking a Flooring Estimator in Aurora, Colorado to gather and assess cost estimates for flooring projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work with plans, specs, and bid documents.

Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential to deliver accurate proposals on time. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma (or 3+ years of experience), enjoy working with numbers, and be capable of managing multiple

Qualifications

High School diploma or 3+ years relevant experience.
Proficient in Excel required.
Strong numerical acumen and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Team collaboration and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare proposals and coordinate with vendors for pricing.
Create templates for jobs.
Perform take-offs and prepare estimates with estimating software and Excel.
Receive requests for estimating and gather plans, specs, bid manuals, change orders.
Work independently, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
