Proficiency with AI tools, SketchUp, and Adobe helps create layouts and supporting materials.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost templates.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specs.
• Experience with flooring/ countertop takeoffs and bidding processes.
• Willingness to learn SketchUp and Adobe software.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple bids.

Responsabilités
