Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Knowledge of floor covering products (carpet, hardwood, vinyl, tile/stone).
• Ability to build profitability-focused, executable flooring assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Download and organize project data for estimates.
• Prepare and update bid files, takeoffs, pricing, and SOP-compliant measures.
• Prepare shop drawings, product data, samples, and submittals.
