Rite Rug is seeking a motivated Design Consultant to join our mobile showroom team in Charlotte, NC. You will guide customers through the design and selection of our flooring products, helping them find solutions that fit their space and style.

This role offers unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions and full benefits. Top performers earn $150K+ annually, rewarding your drive, customer focus, and ability to close sales.

Qualifications

• Have earned a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flooring experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a company vehicle.
• Must be a self-starter and a people person.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and problem-solve.
• Be comfortable working with and learning computer systems.
• Must be eager to learn and to grow!

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Conducts sales to outside retail customers, B2B sales and area realtors.
• Determine customer’s needs and match appropriately with our products
• Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
• Take measurements for installation
• Receive and process payments according to Rite Rug procedures
• Follow up to ensure that the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all flooring products
• Performs other duties as assigned
