Job summary

RITE RUG CO in Greenville, SC invites a motivated Design Consultant to join our mobile showroom team. You’ll help customers design and select flooring solutions with uncapped earning potential and full benefits.

As a key driver of sales, you will build lasting relationships, advise on product selections, take installation measurements, and coordinate payments and service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Previous flooring or retail sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable learning computer systems and sales software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Conduct sales to outside retail customers, B2B partners, and realtors.
• Identify customer needs and match with Rite Rug products.
• Promote and sell flooring products and services.
• Take measurements for installation.
• Process payments according to Rite Rug procedures.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction with the job.
• Develop knowledge of all flooring products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
