Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Littleton, CO seeks a Floor & Decor Designer to meet with customers, design concept proposals, and drive sales through expert product advice in tile, wood, stone and accessories.

You will coordinate design appointments, develop clientele, collaborate with store leadership, and deliver complete, aesthetically compelling solutions while maintaining high accuracy and timely communication. Knowledge of design software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience.
• Degree in Design is a plus.
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus.
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet store customers and support store design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments for existing and potential customers and develop clientele.
• Provide tile, wood, stone and accessory advice for residential and commercial projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions.
• Manage multiple customer projects with accuracy and timely communication.
