Job summary

RC Willey in Salt Lake City is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our South Salt Lake Flooring Warehouse. You will receive, organize flooring materials, manage inventory, load and unload products, and prepare carpet and other flooring for delivery.

This full-time role offers a weekend schedule with one weekday off, starting pay of $17/hour plus a $1 raise after training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with company match, paid time off,

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other powered lifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet productivity and service goals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
• Basic communication skills and a customer focused mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for contracted installers.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise from their vehicles.
• Load and unload transfer trailers.
• Process credit memos, including writing invoices and locating associated products.
• Maintain daily cleanliness of the warehouse and showroom.
• Partner with the Warehouse Lead to support inventory flow and inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
