RC Willey is recruiting a dedicated Call Center Customer Service Associate for our Roseville Distribution Center. This on-site role offers hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Responsibilities include handling orders, deliveries, service inquiries, and collaborating with Delivery, Customer Service, and Store teams. Ideal candidates are 18+, have strong communication and multitasking abilities, and can work independently.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.

• Respond to customer calls regarding orders, deliveries, service issues, and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide phone support to internal departments to ensure smooth coordination.
• Follow up on customer issues and service requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Call Center Customer Service-$18/hr, THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION RC Willey is seeking a dedicated, friendly, and enthusiastic full-time Call Center Customer Service Associate to join our team at the Roseville Distribution Center.

This on-site position is ideal for a motivated, hardworking individual who is career-minded and ready to provide exceptional customer support.

Starting Pay: $18 hourly ($17.25 per hour + $0.75 shift differential)Shift: Mon.-Sat. 10:30am - 7:00pm. Off Sundays and one other day during the week.
