LinHR's client, a growing flooring and building materials distributor, seeks experienced sales professionals for national U.S. expansion. You will build client relationships, present products, analyze markets, and drive sales targets while traveling to visit clients and events.

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually with monthly commissions, plus benefits and PTO. Monday–Friday schedule with travel as needed.

Formación

• Proven sales experience over 2 years (flooring or building materials preferred).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
• Account management or technical sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
• Identify market trends to develop sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets in collaboration with the broader team.
• Provide responsive, solution-oriented customer support.
• Manage key accounts and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals.
• Attend trade shows, trainings, and product meetings as needed.
• Local travel required for client visits and events.
