Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in delivery, retail, or customer service roles preferred.
• Experience selling floorcovering products is a plus.
• Prior work installing floorcovering is advantageous.
• Carpet and Vinyl Installation Certification by CRI preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store and service wholesale customers.
• Assist Branch Manager in identifying floorcovering installers.
• Establish installation schedule and communicate assignments.
• Perform on-site inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review installer accounts and coordinate with outside sources for information.
• Ensure installer transactions are properly recorded in store systems.
• Identify installation training needs and arrange training when appropriate.
