Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, rating must be at least Meets Expectations (3).
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Support sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store and service wholesale customers.
• Assist Branch Manager in identifying floorcovering installers.
• Establish installation schedule and communicate assignments.
• Perform on-site inspections of installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review installer accounts and coordinate information access from outside sources.
• Ensure installer transactions are processed through store systems and records.
• Determine installation training needs and coordinate training as appropriate.
