Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Jackson store is seeking a full-time installer coordinator to support wholesale floorcovering installs. You will identify installers, schedule installations, and oversee on-site inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will interact with customers and independent contractors, maintain installation records, and coordinate training needs. A High School diploma and valid driver's license are required; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee must have a meets expectations rating.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee must complete HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in identifying floorcovering installers.
• Establish installation schedule and communicate assignments.
• Perform on-site inspections of installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review installer accounts and contact outside sources for information.
• Ensure installer transactions are properly recorded through the store system.
• Determine installation training needs and arrange training as appropriate.
