Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 developmental and behavioral support using play-based, relationship-centered approaches.
• Implement treatment goals set by BCBA or supervising clinician.
• Engage children in floor-time play to boost communication and social skills.
• Collect data during sessions and document progress.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and individualized treatments.
• Collaborate with supervisors, parents, and clinical staff to ensure progress.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Attend team meetings, training, and skill-building sessions.
