Job summary

Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking warm, playful Floor Time Players (Behavior Technicians) to work directly with children using relationship-based, play-centered intervention strategies. This role is ideal for candidates with BT or RBT experience, or students pursuing OT, SLP, psychology, education, or nursing.

You will support children in developing communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and developmental skills through structured play, data collection, and collaboration

Qualifications

• BT/RBT experience or enrollment in related field.
• Passion for working with children through play and positive reinforcement.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 developmental and behavioral support using play-based approaches.
• Implement treatment goals designed by BCBA or supervising therapist.
• Engage children in floor-time play to promote communication and social skills.
• Collect data during sessions and document progress.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and collaborate with families and clinicians.
• Maintain confidentiality and participate in team meetings and training.
