Clean-Tech Company is seeking a full-time floor care associate for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Michigan. Responsibilities include carpet cleaning, scrubbing, sealing, waxing, spray buffing hard floors, and operating various floor cleaning equipment.

The role requires physical effort and reliability, with a team-focused approach to maintain facilities’ cleanliness and safety. Qualifications include a high school degree or GED, prior floor care experience is a plus, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Carpet cleaning (Bonnet and Extract), scrubbing, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors.
• Operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning/finishing equipment including buffers, burnishes, water extraction, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.
• Snow removal/salt ice duties.

Job Skills / Requirements

Performs the following duties;

• Carpet cleaning (Bonnet and Extract), scrubbing, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surfaces floors
• Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment
• Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffers/burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility
• Removal of Snow/ Salt Ice
• Minimum QualificationsEducation: High school degree preferred, but not required.Experience: Previous Floor care experience a plus.Requirements;
• Ability to reach, bend, push and pull.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Reliable Transportation
• Team focus approach requiring ability to work with others and take directions

SHIFT: Mon-Fri 3pm-11:30pm

Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company.
