Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience as a floor technician.
• Knowledge of all types of floor care, chemicals, and the proper use of them.
• Be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Place caution sign before any floor work.
• Clean baseboards, corners, and kick plates.
• Follow policies to perform floor care with proper chemicals and equipment.
• Operate floor cleaning equipment and remove burn marks before leaving area.
• Move furniture as needed and return items to original place after cleaning.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE and secure work areas.
