Job Opportunity: Floor Technician

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Role: Responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment.

Essential Functions

• Knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and buffing.
• Operate various industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning (shampooing, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.).
• Conduct maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience as a floor care technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
