Job Opening: Floor Technician

ESFM is hiring a full-time Floor Technician at our Spartanburg location: 402 John Dodd Road, SC 29303. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Wednesday, 6:00am - 12:00pm; Thursday to Saturday, 6:00am - 6:00pm. Additional details will be provided during the interview.

Job Summary

The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining and restoring floors, operating industrial floor care equipment, and performing related duties.

Essential Functions

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and buffing.
• Operate various industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for large area cleaning.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning, including shampooing, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Conduct maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
