ESFM USA in Madison, Alabama is seeking a full-time Floor Technician to maintain and restore floors and to operate industrial floor care equipment. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour, with multiple shifts available and online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery procedures (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Carry out maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
