Job summary

ESFM USA in Memphis, TN is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain, restore, and operate industrial floor care equipment.

Responsibilities include stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, carpet care, and safety adherence. 1 year experience preferred; training provided. The role offers $16.50–$17.00 per hour with a Wed–Sat schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of floor care principles and uses proper procedures for hard surface floors (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operates industrial floor care equipment.
• Cleans carpets and upholstery (shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Performs maintenance/restoration for all floor surfaces.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface.
• Uses proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Location and Schedule

Location: Memphis, TN 38118

Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

Pay Range: $16.50 per hour to $17.00 per hour

Requirements

1 year of floor care experience preferred. Willing to train.
