Compass Group USA, operating through TouchPoint, is seeking a Floor Technician for full-time work at UAB St Vincent's East in Birmingham, AL. The role centers on floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Qualifications include prior floor care experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating weekends; benefits include referral bonus, PTO, 401k, and medical coverage. Applications accepted online.

• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning of large area of floor surface
• Use the proper procedures on carpet and upholstering including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Job Summary
