Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Floor Technician for the 3rd shift. This full-time night role runs Monday-Friday, 8:30 PM–5:00 AM, with weekly pay at $17.00 per hour.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of floor care experience and be able to lift 40 lbs, read instructions, and operate cleaning equipment. The position offers benefits including health and vision insurance, 401K with matching, and paid time off, with a background check and pre-employment drug

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of Floor Care experience (i.e. stripping & waxing).
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use.

Responsibilities

• Stripping & waxing of tile floors.
• Maintain an outstanding appearance to all floors (hard floors and carpet) in a facility.
• Use machines and hand tools.
• Perform routine building cleaning under supervision, including trash removal; mopping, stripping, buffing of floors; window cleaning; dusting, dust-mopping, and sweeping.

LACOSTA Facility Support Services is looking to add an experienced Floor Tech to our team at our Cherry Hill, NJ location. This is a full time night shift position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Full Time)

• Shift 8:30PM-5:00AM

Pay: Paid weekly (every Friday)

• $17.00 per hour - weekly pay

Floor Tech Responsibilities:

• Stripping & waxing of tile floors
• Maintain an outstanding appearance to all floors (hard floors and carpet) in a facility.
• Use machines and hand tools.
• Perform routine building cleaning under supervision, including trash removal; mopping, stripping, buffing of floors; window cleaning; dusting, dust-mopping, and sweeping.

Floor Tech Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of Floor Care experience (i.e. stripping & waxing)
• Must be comfortable walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, & lifting 40lbs individually.
• Ability to read & interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, & other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods & equipment. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals & their safe use.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
