Roselane Health Center by Harborview is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain clean and sanitary floors across the facility. Responsibilities include scrubbing, polishing, and waxing flooring, plus routine and deep cleaning of patient rooms and common areas.

The role requires attention to infection control, willingness to report safety concerns, and adherence to cleaning schedules. The ideal candidate has housekeeping or custodial experience, with knowledge of cleaning tools and procedures a

Competenze

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality setting a plus).
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and procedures is a bonus.

Mansioni

• Responsible for cleaning carpeted and hardwood flooring
• Scrubbing polishing and waxing floors of all types
• Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility hallways to maintain a hygienic, presentable, and comfortable environment
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces according to cleaning schedules and protocols
• Replenish supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products in designated areas
• Dispose of trash and soiled linens appropriately and according to infection control procedures
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department
• Duties as assigned

The Opportunity

What You Will Do

• Responsible for cleaning carpeted and hardwood flooring

• Scrubbing polishing and waxing floors of all types

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility hallways to maintain a hygienic, presentable, and comfortable environment
