Job summary

Arcadia Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents at our facility in Pensacola, FL.

You will clean resident rooms, common areas, and hallways, replenish supplies, and report maintenance or safety concerns as needed. We offer top pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a faith-based workplace that prioritizes caregivers and residents alike.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality setting a plus).
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and procedures is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility hallways to maintain a hygienic, presentable, and comfortable environment.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces according to cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Replenish supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products in designated areas.
• Dispose of trash and soiled linens appropriately and according to infection control procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department.
• Duties as assigned.
