Job summary

Apploi is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician in a faith-based healthcare environment. You will be responsible for cleaning floors, performing routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms and common areas, and maintaining a hygienic facility. The role requires attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean carpeted and hardwood flooring.
• Scrub, polish and wax floors of all types.
• Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and hallways to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and polish surfaces according to schedules and protocols.
• Replenish supplies in designated areas.
• Dispose of trash and soiled linens per infection control procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Technician

What You Will Do

• Responsible for cleaning carpeted and hardwood flooring
• Scrubbing polishing and waxing floors of all types
• Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility hallways to maintain a hygienic, presentable, and comfortable environment
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces according to cleaning schedules and protocols
• Replenish supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products in designated areas
• Dispose of trash and soiled linens appropriately and according to infection control procedures
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department
• Duties as assigned

What You Must Have
