Job summary

Grupo EULEN in Fort Myers is seeking a dedicated janitorial associate to clean offices and common areas, move furniture as needed, and maintain floors, carpets, and exterior spaces. The role emphasizes attention to detail and safety while supporting daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas as assigned.
• Moves furniture before and after cleaning.
• Cleans, dusts, mops, strips, and waxes floors.
• Cleans or shampoos carpets.
• Pressure washes outside areas.
• Labels floor chemicals correctly.
• Maintains, cleans, and stores equipment and PPE.
• Keeps an inventory of floor areas and schedules cleaning/maintenance.
• Reports maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assists with hazardous waste collection as requested by client.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
