Job summary

Community Eldercare Services, LLC is seeking a motivated Floor Tech to keep facility floors clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.

The role covers cleaning offices, hallways and common areas, moving furniture, operating floor care equipment, and following safety procedures. Must be able to work 8am to 4:30pm, weekends sometimes, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Experience preferred but not required; reliable attendance and the ability to work with interruptions are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Floor maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 20 pounds unaided.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Available to work shifts and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Measuring chemicals correctly.
• Operating chemical dispensing units.
• Labeling chemicals correctly.

• Keeping an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling, cleaning, and maintenance duties.
• Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.

Floor Tech Needed

We are looking for an energetic floor tech to keep our facilities’ floors clean. The floor tech will be responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas, and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Preferred candidates are motivated, meticulous, and able to work with numerous interruptions.

Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
