Job summary

CleanPower, Marsden Holding Company’s facility services team, seeks a Floor Tech Supervisor to lead a cleaning crew in Milwaukee, WI. You’ll supervise staff, handle scheduling and payroll, and ensure floor care tasks like buffing and waxing are completed to standard.

Shifts run Monday–Friday, 4:30pm–1:00am, full-time. We offer room to grow, daily pay, and full benefits after 30 days. Equal opportunity employer continuing operational excellence across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Safety requirement: speak English.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Valid driver's license and pass driving background.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Supervisory experience is a MUST.
