Job summary

Marsden Services is seeking a Floor Tech Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role in Milwaukee, WI. The position runs Monday through Friday from 4:30pm to 1:00am, with an hourly rate of $22.00.

You will supervise a cleaning crew, handle scheduling and payroll, and ensure floors are buffed and waxed to high standards. Requirements include supervisory experience, the ability to speak English, a pre-employment drug screen and background check, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to

Responsibilities

• Supervise the crew and schedule tasks.
• Handle payroll and staffing needs.
• Buff floors, wax, and maintain surfaces.
• Perform carpet extraction and floor restoration.
• Oversee construction cleanup, window care, and general duties.
• Address any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

You must be 18 years old.

• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. (Optional if applicable)
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• Valid driver’s license and pass driving background
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Supervisory Experience a MUST.
