Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a Floor Tech to join our janitorial team in Indiana. You’ll be trained in our state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment, and you’ll be the friendly face representing the company.

Responsibilities include wiping surfaces, removing trash, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean, safe facility. Hours may be flexible with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience is required (we train you in our best practices).
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines (OSHA requirements).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces (countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, furniture).
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum; report repairs or leaks as needed.
