Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a dedicated General Cleaner to join the team in Florida. You will be trained in our cleaning and disinfection methods using green-sealed supplies. The role focuses on maintaining clean facilities and presenting a friendly, professional image to clients.

Responsibilities include surface cleaning, trash removal, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. Training is provided; medical benefits and 401k options available based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE as required by OSHA.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Learn 4M cleaning and disinfecting practices with green-sealed supplies.
• Be the friendly face of 4M: reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report repairs, leaks, and drips noticed during duties.
