Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a frontline Team Member in Indiana. You will be trained in our cleaning and disinfection practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment, and you will be the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous, resourceful.

You will wipe surfaces, replenish towels and toilet paper, sweep, mop and vacuum, and report needed repairs. Candidates must be 18+, have janitorial experience (training provided), pass drug and background checks, follow safety guidelines, wear

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required. (We train you in our best practices).
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE when necessary, per OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M's cleaning and disinfection practices with green-sealed supplies.
• Be the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces: countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks, and drips.
