Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC is hiring a frontline Team Member in Lafayette, Indiana. You will be trained in our state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices, using green-sealed supplies, and you will be the friendly face of 4M on site.

Responsibilities include cleaning surfaces, replenishing supplies, sweeping, mopping, and reporting maintenance needs. Entry-level role with training provided; 18+ with drug screening and safety compliance required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required. (We train you in our best practices)
• Must be willing to be trained to use a scrubber.
• Successful drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M; reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
