Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. seeks a General Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including disinfecting practices with green-sealed supplies and equipment. You’ll help maintain facilities, wipe down surfaces, remove trash, replenish supplies, and assist with repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
