Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Technician in Durham, NC for part-time evening shifts (Mon-Fri, 5pm-9pm). The role involves waxing, stripping, buffing floors and general cleaning tasks in accordance with company procedures. Must follow safety rules and operate cleaning equipment with care.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and safe chemical usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care including waxing, stripping, buffing, and cleaning of tile, carpet, and brick floors.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and report hazards.
