Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Technician to perform floor care including waxing, stripping, buffing, and related environmental services according to standards.

Safety-focused role requiring teamwork and professional communication. Shifts are Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM, with a pay rate of $17.00–$18.00 per hour. No formal education required; 6 months to 1 year experience preferred; forklift cert may be needed. Benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• No education requirement.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.
• May require forklift certification or safety training.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stop at risk behaviors in others and self.
