Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Technician to perform floor care including waxing, stripping, buffing, and related duties in a safe, regulated environment. The role requires following established procedures, using appropriate PPE, and coordinating with the shift lead and team to maintain clean facilities.

Working hours are Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11:00pm with hourly pay in the $17.25–$18.25 range, and SBM offers comprehensive benefit packages to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• No education requirement; 6 mo–1 year experience preferred.
• Ability to learn safety rules and follow procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities
