Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring full-time Floor Techs in the Roswell, GA area. Start at $16.40 per hour with shifts from 5am to 9am, performing cleaning, stripping, waxing, carpet care, and related duties in designated spaces.

You will operate janitorial equipment, follow safety procedures, and report hazards to the supervisor. Qualified applicants will have basic floor care experience, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and strong attention to safety.

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions (English; Spanish where required).
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects as needed and follow safety guidelines.
• Report to Supervisor any repairs or safety hazards.
